My kids love our local library. We have been attending their weekly preschool story time since Mathias was less than a year old. Since the kids are getting a little older we are able to enjoy some of the other activities offered. We visited their Reading Party a few weeks ago. Mathias and Analy enjoyed pony rides, games, crafts, and snacks. (Don’t worry, Jude was at home napping under Jamie’s watch).
We put up our pool last weekend. I’m surprised, but grateful, that it looks like we will get a third year out of it. The kids beg everyday to get in it! It’s still a little cold for me though. I’m sure I’ll be joining them soon!
I had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I was treated to Moe’s for supper, breakfast in bed and at church, Subway for lunch, and Jamie grilled out for Sunday’s supper. The kids each picked out a plant for the yard for me. They also collected some beautiful flowers from the yard that I was able to make into a corsage for church. I received a dozen roses at church for being a mom and for being an expecting mom. We also finished putting up our pool so Analy and Mathias had to test it out. It was the first weekend in almost a month that everyone was home and we didn’t have anything to do! Thank you God for my wonderful family!
