Our last art lesson was on Claude Monet. After reading about and reviewing some of his works, we felt inspired to go outside and find something to paint ourselves. We found a few blooms in our front garden. Everyone created their own masterpiece.

Jack-o’-latern 2014
Jamie and the kids carved up our pumpkin last week. Mathias and Analy were on a mission to pick out all the seeds to start their own pumpkin patch next year. Jude didn’t care for the slime. Evelyn Grace tried to help. Notice her lovely hair-do by her big sister. Analy is also eating and showing off one of the oranges from our citrus trees. Everyone was proud of the results and enjoyed watching some Halloween cartoons by its glow.
